Commercial shoot rates are $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, or a $1,250 day rate for up to 12 hours of set-up and shoot time within the greater Louisville, KY area.

This rate includes a CD with all of the useable hi-resolution files set to the client’s specifications. The CD typically includes an unlimited usage license, but can be negotiated depending on the use intentions of the client.

Outside of the greater Louisville, KY area, all shoot related travel expenses may be required to be paid prior to the travel, but are to be compensated immediately upon receipt of the invoice if otherwise stated.

Any costs assoicated with set building, props, products etc, are at the expense of the client.

Commercial editing is $35 per hour.

Disc delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days from the completion of the photo session, depending on the number of images captured and VU Photography’s schedule. Expedited delivery rates can be negotiated.
