More than 25 years as an avid hobbyist shooting everything from flowers and wildlife, to drag racing, extreme sports and live music, still lifes, portraits, weddings and newsworthy items. Starting as a full-time professional freelance photographer in July of 2007, Tim has put in 2-1/2 years behind the lens as The Voice-Tribune's lead society photographer and was the primary photographer for NFocus Magazine Louisville from it's inception in April 2010 until October 2011.
In this time, Tim has had the good fortune to cover such amazing happenings as The Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks, The Bluegrass Ball, which was the kickoff to the President Obama Inaugural Ball series in Washington DC and also included Mohammed Ali's 67th birthday celebration, the Ford IronMan Triathalon, WorldFest, ForeCastle Festival, Birmingham Alabama's BAM Music Festival, Secretary of State Colin Powell's reception at the KY International Convention Center, The Special Olympics' Polar Bear Plunge, The Lexington Hearing & Speech Center's 50th Anniversary Celebration featuring former President Bill Clinton, and a myriad of other local community, charitable events, balls, galas, and festivals, sporting events, political happenings, art, music and television premieres as well as capture images of some of the most prominent members of our community in all different areas.
